By creating an account or using EduShift (edushift.uz), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

EduShift provides online IELTS practice tests and automated feedback. It is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, or Cambridge Assessment English. Scores shown are practice estimates for study purposes and are not official IELTS results.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person; do not create accounts by automated means.

EduCoins

Every mock test on EduShift is free to take. EduCoins are reward points you collect for activity such as finishing a test, keeping a practice streak, sharing a result or inviting a friend, and they are intended for features we plan to add later. EduCoins have no monetary value, are not a currency, are non-transferable and non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted or reset if they are obtained through abuse or automated means.

Acceptable use

• Use EduShift for personal, non-commercial study only.
• Do not scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell the practice materials.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Intellectual property

Practice materials are provided for your personal use and may be protected by copyright owned by their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce or distribute them.

AI feedback

Writing and Speaking scores and feedback are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Use them as guidance, not as a definitive assessment.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduShift is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
